Sergeant Louis Harris has retired from the Tunica County Sheriff’s Office after 27 years of service. Harris served as a process server, a role that required professionalism and integrity. According to the Tunica County Sheriff’s Office, “Throughout his career, he has been a friend, a mentor, and a respected leader to so many, serving with unwavering strength and dignity. His work as a process server required professionalism, patience, and integrity, carrying out his responsibilities with fairness and respect. His commitment behind the scenes played a vital role in serving the citizens of our county.” The department also stated: “Today was a celebration filled with love from his family and his work family. We are grateful for his years of service and wish him all the best in this well-earned next chapter.”
