Census Bureau: More women than men in Jonestown in 2019

Of the 1,047 people living in Jonestown in 2019, 59.4 percent (622) were women and 40.6 percent (425) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NW Mississippi News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 418-to-296. In the 65 and over age range, there were 54 females and 28 males.
