HELP KEEP DESOTO COUNTY BEAUTIFUL
Beautiful things are happening in DeSoto County. The DeSoto County Board of Supervisors, Keep DeSoto County Beautiful, Local Municipalities, and DeSoto County Environmental Services are pleased to announce a series of environmental events that will help build community involvement and pride.
*April 1 – April 10: Spring Cleanup Week
14 dumpsters will be placed in areas across DeSoto County. The dumpsters will be emptied as needed during Cleanup Week. (Locations are listed in the attached flyer.)
*April 2: Countywide Cleanup Day
Tired of seeing litter in your area? You can be part of the solution. Groups, communities, Churches, HOAs, families, and individuals are encouraged to adopt and clean an intersection or road. Registered volunteers will receive a Cleanup Kit which includes garbage bags, gloves, trash grabbers, and safety signs.
