There are 14 new firefighters in DeSoto County. Tonight was graduation for the men and women of Volunteer Firefighter Class 27. They completed 160 hours of physically and mentally challenging classroom & hands-on training. DeSoto County Supervisors Michael Lee and Ray Denison congratulated the new firefighters and thanked them for their commitment and dedication to serving the citizens of DeSoto County.
