We have another Senior to congratulate! Mr. Ian Lunsford!
Ian Lunsford, son of Michael and Marilyn Lunsford, enjoyed 4-H air rifle (district), archery (district and state) and robotics (district and state). Learning Computer Aided Design(CAD) with FIRST Robotics over the past 4 years inspired him. This skill along with other skills learned in 4-H helped his team consistently claim victory in several categories in FIRST state robotics competitions. To learn more he volunteered with FIRST Championship in Houston, TX for two years enabling him to meet teams from other countries. Unfortunately, the pandemic shut down the Championship the year his team qualified to compete.
After graduation, he will attend Nucor Technical Academy in Tuscaloosa, Alabama earning an Associate in Applied Science in Industrial Electronics Technology.
