**Operation Christmas Child**
The DCSD is honored to be a part of Operation Christmas Child…a way to deliver joy to children in need through gift-filled shoeboxes. Each box is packed full of small toys, school supplies, and personal care items.
Those who would like to participate & help us fill shoeboxes can drop off items at the Sheriff’s Office located at 3091 Industrial Drive West in Hernando M-F 8a-5p. We will be collecting items now through October Our Volunteers In Partnership with the Sheriff (VIPS) will be boxing up donated items.
