Tunica County Sheriff's Office - The Happiest Halloween is in the Books for 2022!

The Happiest Halloween is in the books for 2022!! We started the morning at Tunica Academy for Trunk or Treat alongside local businesses, the senior class, Tunica Police Department, and Tunica Fire Dept (thank you to Alex's 1 and Alex Obad for donating treats to the SO to pass out.) We got to see these trick or treaters from preK3, preK4, and K5 and had the best time interacting with these students.

We had Captain Barry Collins and Lieutenant Myette Dawson stationed on School Street with our Paw Patrol Unit to pass out candy, this is a Tunica Tradition that we are so fortunate to be a part of, thank you to Town of Tunica for all the hard work to make this a safe spot for so many to Trick or Treat.

We participated in  Trunk or Treat at the Tunica Nursing Home as well. Lastly, our staff passed out candy in our lobby, thank you to Miss Carolyn and Mrs. Dolly for staying to see the adorable trick or treaters that stopped by last night and pass out candy.

We are fortunate Tunica County had a safe and fun Halloween. It is a fun holiday in our community every year. We appreciate the community for their efforts and doing their part to ensure the success and safety for our youth.
