The Tunica County Sheriff’s Office asked for the public’s help on April 6 in identifying those responsible for a shooting incident involving a dog named Major, which occurred on Tuesday, March 24, at about 5:30 p.m. near Walnut Lake Road.

The request comes after a witness reported seeing a white pickup truck in the area around the time of the incident. The sheriff’s office urged anyone with information to contact them at 662-363-1411 or CrimeStoppers at 662-910-0400.
