At 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, the Union Bulldogs, featuring former Olive Branch High School standout Courtney Marler, defeated the Henderson State Reddies 3-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game.
The contest was held at Dee White Field and marked the teams’ second meeting this season. In their earlier matchup on Tuesday, March 10, the Bulldogs came out on top with a 4-2 win.
Marler went 3-for-4 at the plate and scored once.
The Bulldogs will next face the Trevecca Nazarene Trojans at Fesmire Softball Field on Friday, March 13, at 4 p.m.
